Elegant Hotel - Bansko

The staff here are really nice and friendly all the time. the room is cozy and warm, plus it has a safe. Half-board menu is good and the view from the room is lovely, just as you'd expect. 🌟

it was easy to find, as it's near a gondola station.

700 feet away there is stone flower barbecue. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose elegant.

The rooms here have comfortable queen-size beds with good heating.

The total stay was very nice for 3 nights. The staff was all very friendly. The location was good and absolutely perfect close to the centre of Bansko easy to get by foot to the gondola. Outstanding food, I enjoyed it. No reason to complain, the hotel met standards.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Bansko. the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for the quality of service received. The attention to detail was evident, from the heating floor to the delicious homemade desserts. The location on Pirin street was convenient, close to the center of Bansko and offering a lovely view from the balcony.

Secondly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view from the balcony. Finally, the breakfast provided was excellent - a great start to the day.

Over the Christmas period, we spent a few nights in a hotel in Bansko. the hotel was nicely located close to the ski area and had a free shuttle bus service. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. the breakfast was also very good, with a wide range of choices.

There were also a few negatives. the rooms were not very well insulated, and we could hear our neighbours at all hours.

The hotel is conveniently located near the gondola, only a short walk away. It's also situated near the fun street, making it easy to explore the area. Some rooms have scenic views, and the pool and sauna are pleasant. the rooms are basic, and the breakfast is average at best.

The hotel has some drawbacks. the front desk is often empty, making it hard to get assistance.

Spent New Year's week in a ski hotel in Bulgaria. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect; only a five-minute walk to the ski lift, and close to the exciting nightlife. The room was comfortable and cozy, with a great view of the mountain. The spa facilities were lovely, and the hot tub was well-maintained.

The food was a bit disappointing, the breakfast was repetitive, and not always fresh. The room was too warm, and the heating system seemed to have a mind of its own.

The rooms were cozy and spacious, with daily towel changes and impeccable cleanliness. The bed was huge and oh-so comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious, with a good variety to choose from. Special thanks to Richi for his friendly service! We also appreciated the free shuttle bus to the gondola and the availability of ski storage. And let's not forget the little touches, like having our car cleaned of snow. The staff truly blew us away with their kindness and attention to detail. We cannot wait to come back to this mind-blowing hotel and create more unforgettable memories!
